Booking Conditions

Terms & Conditions

📋 General Booking Rules

1A booking form is valid only when full payment has been made to SSA.
2Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Singapore Sindhi Association), bank transfer or PayNow.
3All bookings are subject to availability and approval by the Management Committee.
4The booking party is responsible for leaving the premises clean and in good order after their event.
5A surcharge of $200.00 applies if food is NOT ordered from SSA's In-House Caterer.
6Prayer Hall bookings by Sindhis will be charged non-member rates if Sindhi attendance is less than 50% of guests.

❌ Cancellation Policy

7Cancellations must be done in person at the SSA Management Office.
8Cancellation 14 days or more before the event date — full refund of deposit.
9Cancellation 7 days or less before the event date — only 50% of deposit will be refunded.
10No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
11SSA reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances — full refund will be given in such cases.

SSA's in-house caterer provides fresh, authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering for all events at Sindhu House. Experienced in Sindhi, North Indian and South Indian cuisines — perfect for your religious ceremonies, weddings and family celebrations.

Using SSA's in-house caterer also waives the $200 outside caterer surcharge — saving you money while ensuring quality food your guests will love.

⚠ Important — Outside Caterer Surcharge If you choose NOT to use SSA's in-house caterer, a surcharge of $200.00 applies and must be paid at the time of booking. This policy applies to all hall and room bookings at Sindhu House.
